Managing Partner

Dr. Oleinek studied physics at the Technical University of Munich and earned his doctorate at the Technical University of Dresden and the Institute for Solid State and Materials Research Dresden.

Subsequently, Mr. Oleinek was active for more than 10 years in large companies in the electronics and automotive supply industries, gaining hands-on experience in the areas of development management, technical sales, project management and innovation management. In his consulting work, Mr. Oleinek has focused on the topics of lean development, agile development, project management, innovation management and systems engineering. The industries he has advised include automotive OEM and suppliers, mechanical engineering, plant engineering and aerospace from small mid-sized to large companies.

Dr. Wagenblast graduated from Aalen University with a degree in mechanical engineering in the field of plastics technology and from the Technical University of Berlin with a degree in engineering and a doctorate in materials science.

He has 20 years of experience as an executive in the automotive and plastics processing industry with responsibility for product and process development, business development and general management in Germany, China, India and North America. Dr. Wagenblast has profound experience in restructuring and reorganizing development/business units as well as in creating and implementing product technology roadmaps. He has achieved extensive success in establishing agile development methods and innovation management on a global basis in cooperation with renowned consulting companies.
