Dr. Oleinek studied physics at TU Munich and received his doctorate at TU Dresden and at the Institute for Solid State and Materials Research Dresden. Mr. Oleinek then worked for over 10 years in large companies in the electronics and automotive supply industries, gaining hands-on experience in development management, technical sales, project management and innovation management. In his consulting work, Mr. Oleinek has focused on the topics of lean development, agile development, project management, innovation management and systems engineering. The sectors advised include automotive OEMs and suppliers, mechanical engineering, plant engineering and aviation and aerospace from small and medium-sized companies to large companies.
